We are an authorized Lutron Lighting and shading dealer and our team of experts has undergone rigorous training to understand and implement Lutron systems effectively, minimizing disruption to your home. We take jobs from the initial planning stages with your architect, designer, home automation provided (if applicable) and contractor from wiring rough in to the final stage of completion and work with finished install. No wiring, no problem, we have battery operated shades with industry leading battery life of 3-5 yrs plus between battery changes depending on the size of the shade.

Somfy Motorized Blinds in a beautiful Yaletown Penthouse
Our client was in need of sun control and UV protection, while still maintaining their gorgeous views. With a large expanse of windows, group controls of our Somfy motorized roller shades were programmed into each motor. In this penthouse we installed RTS (radio transmitted signal) roller shades. We provided both a remote control and a wall switch which can both be used. A wall switch is always good to have just in case a remote goes missing. We set this project up into zones based on the exposure from the sun. You can also add to these shades a timer or a sun sensor for control of your window coverings while you are not home or out of the country.
